Positives:
The housekeeper was very sweet and stop what she was doing to assist me with luggage upstairs to room. I thank her very much.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken when arrived however I didn’t get her name but the sweet housekeeper helps me with luggage to room on second floor. I thank her very much. The next am the elevator was working. The pool/ jacuzzi was closed and I was looking forward to that to relax. Kids was very noisy running and playing in halls.
Other than that stay was ok.
The next morning I had an arm full of stuff the front desk clerk was in a conversation by door came to acknowledge me but told me put card in basket. My hands was full I was expecting her to get card.

I had a maintenance issue when I checked in. They were quick to fix it (within minutes of my arrival) so it was not a concern during my stay.
