The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. We were checked in very fast, and We Were thankful after Our long trip. Being greeted with a friendly face was very welcoming!
Negatives:
There is a bar next to the hotel, and at night that is all You can hear. It was a very long and noisy night. And I know it wasn't the fault of the hotel.

The internet did not work at all after five try’s and two so called updates to service by staff
Also as a 74 year old handicap woman I was relegated to the furthest room available without being forewarned there was no way around going up steep sidewalk and curbs. There was NO offer of changing my room once they saw I really couldn’t use a jacuzzi room and when I told them I didn’t know I reserved a jacuzzi room and didn’t want one. They hung up on me.
