We picked this hotel for the pool for our son and we got checked in and settled. Headed to go check the pool out and to our surprise it was not in service. We were super disappointed.

Positives:
I loved the location with many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking distance. The hotel was very clean with a functional decor. The bed was comfortable, but not plush. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Aloft.
Negatives:
The front desk person was business-like, but not really welcoming. She carried herself with a very slight hint of agitation. The water pressure was disappointing and the temperature was cold during one shower and not really hot during a second one. Finally, as a light sleeper, the room forced air furnace was problematic, constantly rattling as if something was stuck in the blower.

the property itself was clean, people were nice and the view of the West Texas sunset was amazing.
Negatives:
we booked the entire weekend to spend time with our grandchildren. We planned our whole weekend around the indoor pool THAT DOES’NT WORK. When I asked for a 1 day refund I was denied.
The refrigerator didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, and this made for a long weekend with grandchildren.
