Positives:
Very quite room. Excellent location right next to shopping. Lobby has a pool table and was able to play a few games with the wife. Haven't played pool in a long time. Outside play area was nice.

We were put in a handicap room and the shower soaked the floor of the bathroom.

Cute finishes. Super nice staff. We didn’t use the pool. Game area for friends and family to hang out in the lobby. We were in a handicap room which was very spacious. Location of hotel felt safe.
Negatives:
The shower had a little Serratia in the corner, sink had a little debris in it and the mirror had water spots at the top and sides. It wouldn’t take much to clean the Serratia just spraying with bleach and allowing to sit for a few minutes and then rinsing would have cleaned that up. All that to say it was cleaner than most rooms I’ve stayed in for similar price.

We booked through booking.com paid on booking . Com the aloft said they need my card for a 50 deposit for incidentals. Ended up charging me 147.00 for my room saying we didn't pay through booking. I have receipt and bank charge proving otherwise and the manager at aloft has yet to refund my money
