Negatives: Roaches in room and the smell of the rooms/hallway I would not recommend this place. Over all was horrible and then found out later from tenant and staff the room I was in had bed bugs the week before

Negatives: My son was stranded and needed a room, took a cab to the hotel. I booked his room, but it was under my name. He went in and ask for a room under his own name and the clerk told him they were booked and he didn't have a room for him. My son said I know you do, my Mom just booked it. They got into a heated argument and the clerk refused to let my son stay in the room I had just booked for him. I called the clerk and explained the room was under my name and ask him to please let my son stay. He said NO because my son said cuss words when they argued. I explained that he was stranded and I had already paid for the room and the clerk still refused to let my son stay, said he had already called his boss and his boss said it was ok to refuse the client. I could hear my son talking to him and he apologized but the clerk still refused. By that time the taxi had already left and my son was on foot with all his bags. He walked about 1.5 miles down the road where I was able to get him another room. The clerk refused to refund my money. I understand my son was in the wrong for getting mad and arguing with the man but I feel it was just as much your clerks fault for not trying to research a booked room especially once my son told him his Mother had booked the room. The clerk should have thought to ask him his Mother's name instead of continuing to tell him there was no room for him! Both men were in the wrong! But I still lost my money!!!

Negatives: Rooms are not clean! It says free breakfast but doesn't tell u on website it's really not a breakfast! Breakfast consisted of oatmeal coffee and granola bar.
