They switched our room when we got there because we have a 7 pound Maltese. We payed extra for a pet and our room was

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful
Negatives:
Disappointed in the breakfast got there 15 minutes beforehand and the lady had already put everything up. So there was no hot breakfast but muffins and fruit.
