The staff did a great job helping with reservations.
Negatives:
1) We scheduled are departure time based on the breakfast being available. It was not up and running at the advertised time. We left
2) The Room: When we plugged in the coffee machine the circuit breaker at the recepticle popped. There was a hole in one of the pads on the couch, there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower. The floor in the bathroom was sticky
Summary: I have stayed at this chain probably 100 times over the years. For you to expect me to pay $194 a night to stay here again I expect everything in the room to work and that breakfast is available as advertised. Every hotel chain offers a room with a bed for much cheaper (ie things in the room not working and breakfast not available). This was my worst experience at this chain

When we checked in we dropped off our things and left for a ball game for our grandson. we returned hours later to discover the room was not actually cleaned. the sheets didn’t look changed, there were a lot of dirty dishes in the kitchenette, and there was trash in the waste bin. When we called the front desk they quickly moved us to a new clean room. When we checked out, my husband asked what compensation there would be and they gave a $40 discount. The rate Booking.com provided was not what they were actually charging but the discount helped drop it a bit.
Nice hot breakfast though.
