Multiple stains and large torn and bare spots on carpeted area, horrible looking unprofessional repairs made to ceiling over hot tub, corner of some furniture appeared that male dog had urinated on it. Chair In shower broken and caused me to fall. Mattress on bed rolls you to center, springs can be felt within mattress and there was ZERO firmness to it. Burn holes in blankets. Maybe got 2 hours sleep because we were both extremely uncomfortable and pain from falling in shower from the stool.

The first day, we found blood on one of the beds sheets all the way to the mattress protector. They didn't have enough towels. The cleaning staff did not make our beds the second night. We had to make our own beds and when we called down to the hospitality desk, they just said the cleaners leave at 3 pm. Extremely unacceptable and I have never had that type of experience with LaQuinta.

The hotel was clean. Offered an acceptable breakfast. Room was good sized.

The bed in my room needs the mattress replaced. You could feel every spring in it. At 1am the in room smoke detector started chirping. The pillows were plentiful but all except one were small and the largest one was extremely flat.

The staff was not very accommodating. We had asked for more towels, and they limited us. Also, the accessible room is not accessible. The bars are too high. The tub is too high. The counter is too high, etc. There was mold on our curtains by the air conditioner. Those need to be changed out.
