We stayed there in April just before the eclipse and the place looked brand new! This trip the room was run down and the baseboards were off up and down the hall. There was a hole on the bathroom that someone had put drywall mud on but never finished it. The bathroom walls were very dirty. Door stops had been moved but the old spot not patched. The out side grounds looked like homeless people were living in the parking lot.

Positives:
Made reservations a week in advance. Checked-in at 7pm only to find wet towels on the floor and a dirty, unmade bed. Room, stairways and common area floors appear to have NEVER been vacuumed or cleaned. Lethargic staff seemed totally uninterested in their jobs. Vending machines take your $ and do not dispense products. Worst Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in and I’m a retired veteran who prefers cheap Motel 6s. Only thing missing was crime scene tape…and pride of ownership. Avoid this shithole at ALL costs.

Literally everything. Preparedness for my visit. Extremely low water pressure. Disgustingly dirty/stained/fungal carpeting throughout. Non-working vending machines. Poorest customer service. Just the worst Motel 6 I’ve EVER seen.

Friendly staff, mini fridge, ample towels
Negatives:
Dirty microwave with food spatter, plugged sink drain, sticky floors, dirty and torn bedspreads, ac did not cool very well, roaches crawling on floor, lack of accessible electrical outlet in desk area, power outlets over bedside table were loose, and we could hear dogs barking inside a guest room. Additionally, the beds were hard and had synthetic fabrics for bed linens. There was a strong smell of cleaners that were absorbed into our belongings.

I liked the price and the location. That's about all.
Negatives:
The people in the adjoining room were up most of the night with the tv up very loud, and I asked the staff if there were quiet hours. They just acted like it wasn't their problem. Also, the room was infested with bugs to the point I was woken by them crawling on me during the night. I won't stay at that location again.
