Bed was comfortable. AC was quiet.
Negatives:
The water pressure in the shower required you to stand against the wall to get wet. The flush valve in the toilet sticks and the tank wouldn't fill. We had to reset it 6 times during our two day stay. Breakfast was inedible. It was dried up in the trays.

Booked online when I got to the front desk at 10pm clerk couldnt get me in a room due to yalls system being down. I had to go to another motel which I never received my money back from where I booked the motel

I didnt like the shortage of towels like the staff were towel police. That I had to ask for the linen for the pull out couch, most facilities they are already in a bag in the room. The small hygiene items.

Breakfast was good, rooms clean and in general all of the staff I interacted with were very friendly.
Negatives:
The Manager. My wife is handicapped and had a small accident in the bed. She was wearing a Depend but some leaked out when I was getting her up. I pulled back the sheets and notified the front desk. The bottom sheet was just a little wet and did not get into the mattress pad or mattress. After departing I received notice of an additional charge of $28.50 shown as "Damage/Smoking Fee sheets". When I contacted the Manager, she said the charge was because the sheets had to washed separately. I really doubt that that really happened. The bottom sheet was barely wet and probably dried before they cleaned the room.

I feel the Manager was unjustified in charging me any additional money and was unreasonable.
