My wife was awakened by rodents crawling in the ceiling above our room, which was 102. She never could go back to sleep. We informed the front desk of the problem and he seemed to be taking notes.

Negatives:
I had asked for a room with 2 beds and only had a bed with few covers and a hidabed that was unable to open and no bedding for it, and use so my grandchild had to sleep without a pillow and proper covers . And the heater in the room made a noise like it was about to go out.
