Negatives: Don't place a family with little kids in a room above seniors. Our first night was terrible. We were up all night.

Negatives: Hotel elevator smells of bug spray. Carpets look old and dirty. Staff friendly. Back door did not work I was told but then shady people going in back door late at night. Did not feel real safe

Positives: The only good thing was how nice and big the superior king room was.
Negatives: Nothing worked. Elevator was down. Ice maker was down and i was put on the third floor. My fridge in my room was out, had to call them like 15 times to come fix it so we could keep cold drinks since we had to keep walking to the first floor to get anything. The tv didn't work. The staff was nice but they just tell u what u want to hear but don't really have any sense of urgency to do anything about any of the issues. This was the worst stay ever at a Laquinta. I really wish i could've got my money back and stayed somewhere else. I will never be back to this location.

Positives: The staff at the reception were nice at check in.
Negatives: The rooms smelled like a mix of mold, urine and weed. We thought it was just the room we were given in the second floor but when we asked to change the room, we were moved to another on the 1st floor and the second room smelled just as bad. We also had a giant roach and lizard in our room. We canceled the rest of our reservation and left first thing in the morning.
