Negatives: It was very dirty. The desk chair looked filthy. There was something disgusting on it. The room just wasnt clean.

Negatives: Staff was horrible. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and when I walked into my room I realized it was a 1 bedroom suite. I went to the front desk and she gave us another room. As we walked into our second room we walked in on a man who was staying there and had just checked in!! Then she gave us a 3rd assigned room. We then went and our key wouldnt work so I had to get it re programmed. We walked into our room and it was a double bed not a 2 bedroom suite, so once again I go down and she gives me a 4th room and says at this point my stay is free. I walk into the 4th room and its a double bed not a 2 bedroom suite!!! At this point my grandmother is exhausted and its been a hour so we stay in the double bed because it was free right? Wrong!!! At check out they proceed to tell me they only gave me 1 free night and not 2 nights free so they charge me for a 2 bedroom suite rate and I stayed in a double bed! So now I have to dispute with my credit card company for a reimbursement that I rightfully deserve. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and office staff reeked of marijuana. I dont typically write bad reviews but when you say my stay is free after 4 room changes and I dont even get the room I paid for and you charge me that rate. Is a rip off. And also me and my grander and mother didnt even sleep comfortable becauee we didnt know if anyone would be given a key to our room like we had been given to theirs!! They didnt even know they had messed up and given us access to another persons room who was showering and we walked in on!!!

Negatives: the fact i was over charged and still haven't got my money back

Negatives: Very small room with barely any room to walk around. Only three tiny lumpy pillows. Ice machine did not work. Advertised afternoon snacks from 4-6 with beverages. The only thing they had was an empty soup pot. Would not recommend .

Negatives: 1. The fire alarm went off four times in the middle of the night causing us to evacuate. Fire department arrived and determined it was a faulty system, there was no actual emergency. Worst night sleep ever 2. The shower in the room had a broken fixture, so water sprayed all over the floor and out on to the carpet. Dry rot on the floor board as a result, so clearly this was an old problem and not fixed. Required gymnastics to take a shower

Negatives: One can hear the highway and all the trucks throughout the night.

Negatives: Nope

Negatives: Tv didn't work.. due to WiFi Called front seat and kid was on his phone hiding in the office I called front desk from the room 9 times and just rang no answer so I gave up and I just played on my phone

Negatives: Breakfast does seem to be empty or never stocked not unless you are there first thing. By 630 or 7 its gone mostly and its hard to find the person who takes care of it. I try not to complain but thats the only issue.
