Extended Stay America Suites - Dallas - Plano

Negatives: took awhile for someone to get to the counter, didn’t bother telling us the pool was shut down,there was no breakfast or coffee made, the room was dirty, the pull out couch had a ton of crumbs inside of it so we couldn’t use it.

Negatives: The room was not very clean. Hair everywhere, I cleaned the bathtub out and it was nasty. There was a dead roach in the kitchen. If I knew they were not going to actually have breakfast I would of went somewhere else cause frozen muffins isn't breakfast.

Negatives: The staff was disengaged and rather incompetent. I got locked out of my bedroom multiple times because the key card stopped working each week on the billing day, plus once in the middle of the week "so that you would have to stop by the reception and we could tell you that your next billing is due in two days". The cutlery provided was barely school cafeteria level. My bathroom initially didn't include a toilet brush, and when I asked for it, I was given one without a holder. I had to extend my reservation by a week and they didn't tell me I had to check in again, so I got locked out one more time. I ultimately left one day early and the receptionist was unable to refund the last night. Definitely not worth the $100+/night they're charging.

Negatives: There was no breakfast when we checked even though the listing said there would be.

Negatives: At check- The front desk lady advised me my room is non smoking so please dont smoke or else there is a $250 fee, so i told her before i go up to the room i want the manager to check with me first to verify it did not smell like smoke from the previous renter so i wouldn't get blamed for it and charged. The manager walked with me and verified my room smelled like smoke and he apologized for it and offered to spray I asked if he could put me into another room or refund half of my money. he stated they were overbooked by priceline and cannot move me and stated he would check with another manager about the half refund and called me telling me he couldn't because it was booked through a third party. The toilet was also clogged when I called the manager about it he came up to unclog it and left the floor wet. I did not hear from him on next morning at checkout about the refund!!

Negatives: Better service

Negatives: The staff gave a key to someone that was not on my reservation, to my room. My price changed even though I reserved under a certain price. Never did it say anywhere there was a pet deposit. And my reserved room wasa bigger room then I reserved so they made pay a higher price. Wouldn't honor the price.
