Positives: The room was as advertised. Very clean . It was very quiet even in the corridors. You have everything you will need if you decide to extend your stay. Feels like home. Staff was very friendly and cooperative and immediately responded positively to our request of late check out. Location is perfect , there is a checky cheese's just right behind it and our kids enjoyed it. We were lucky to stay and choose Homewood Plano, Kudos
