Staff were so unprofessional. Called me at MIDNIGHT while we were sleeping to charge me extra for a 10month old and a 20 month old! We checked out at midnight they still charged my card not once but FOUR TIMES. Which Im still disputing. Over 400$ charge for a room that was in poor poor condition
