Positives: the location made it a easy choice to stay at for our group.
Negatives: the manager was very rude towards us and the other people in our group. we stayed the first night in a room that flooded from the bath tub. and the front desk closes at 11 at night. so we had water in our room and had to use all our towels to stop the water from going everywhere. when I notified the manager in the morning, her first response was what did we do to flood her room. then she didn’t believe us that it happened so she made me fill the tub again. just to see for herself. so when I asked for a discount she refused and said she would move us in to another room. but that if I complained then we would have other problems, so first off I don’t like being told I make stories up, and second off I don’t like being threatened by a general manager at your hotel because I asked for a discount being that we couldn’t shower the first night. then she told my friends when they checked in that she was just going to clean that room and resell it to someone else.
would not recommend this place...

Positives: Nothing. Entry was small, crowded, and a wet mess. Their systems were down and we couldn't even check in. We ended up having to stay someplace else.

Positives: The location was half way between family members.
Negatives: The kitchen was not furnished. Had to ask for dishes and utensils. Hot water worked for the tub but when switched to shower you only got cold water. We asked for either another room or repair the shower . WE WERE IGNORED , no feed back provided although the room next door remained empty and the occupancy rate remained low throughout our 4 day stay. No ice was available. The internet site said breakfast was included but they only had coffee, granola bars & small muffins. (No milk, juice, yogurt or oatmeal, etc.) There were no handicap provisions except for a ramp. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but were not authorized to make decisions. If management were as helpful perhaps our stay would have been acceptable, even given all the other issues.

Positives: The staff was great and very accommodating! The location is also quite good, not too noisy for being next to the highway and plenty of emergency shopping stops near by.
Negatives: It was not very clean, there was hair on the floor and stains on the bed (not the sheets, those were clean). It could use a bit of a more thorough cleaning.

Negatives: TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Attendant unavailable. She knew I was there but didn't want to help us because it was 11:30pm when we got there. She said we should have gotten there earlier. (We had a reservation). Waited 30 mins to get started with check-in. Then we got our room and found it full of trash, bed all torn up, TV on, had not been cleaned. Waited another hour to get it "cleaned" but was horrible. Bottom sheet not changed, had donut sprinkles all over it, no pillowcases, only 1 bath towel, no hand towels, no washcloths, no soap, no shampoo, carpet was not vacuumed. Tried to get towels but attendant was not at desk (for the whole night) and refused to come out of hiding in employee break room to help us. It was past 1am by now. I finally barged in to employee break room and demanded towels. She said she would not help me because I wasn't nice to her, because I lost my temper. Who wouldn't? She said I couldn't have any towels and threatened to call the police on me if I didn't stop bothering her. I attached a picture below showing the pillows we were provided with NO PILLOWCASES. Attendant didn't care and said I should be thankful to her for cleaning the room.
