From start to finish, this hotel gets an A+ in our books! Staff (Jessica, Samantha, & AJ) were incredibly welcoming, helpful, & amiable.
We were not concerned for the safety of ourselves or our vehicle. Tons of eateries are near hotel, as well as Dell Stadium is within walking distance.

The ONLY thing I might change would be the location of the TP. Seriously, that's IT!

The location is wonderful if you are going to the water park, there are really good places to eat that you can walk to as well. you pretty much have everything you need within 5 minutes driving. this was our second time going and we will be back again.

The property is very clean. Nice and friendly, the guy at the front desk AJ, is very nice, questions or concerns he is very hands on. He makes your stay worth coming back, the way he shows how concern he is. Guy at the bar very nice guy, friendly as well. New lady I met very nice. The manger was very nice. Jessica was nice as well.

It took more than 5 minutes to get hot water for a morning shower. The shower was awkward and not user friendly. Would have preferred the bathroom being divided instead of one expansive area.
