Negatives:
I didn’t have hot water until midnight! I checked in at like 2 and couldn’t shower until midnight. The room was dirty, shower had so much hair in it, the halls were dirty, and homeless people were living in the hallways. They had a guy in the stair well clipping his toenails. The place reeked, it needs to be condemned. They offered coffee but no creamer or sugar. So overall the experience was not great at all. They staff tried were nice but it doesn’t make up for how they neglected this property. I feel like I need my money back for this experience.

The front desk kid was understanding and helpful.
Negatives:
The first smell you get walking through the door is urine and weed. Then you find the massive colony of germen cockroaches under the bed. Then the bed bugs show up for the party. Oh and there is nowhere to park.
