Negatives: Bug's in the room

Negatives: Staff at check in did not know how to read $100.30. She told us it was a $130 until I saw her screen and corrected her.

Negatives: 1. The stair well on the 4th and 3rd floor smelled like weed. 2. The 4th floor where I stayed smelled like weed. 3. The elevator was not working 4. Customer service was barely available 5. When I checked in I notified customer service that the room had damages. She didn’t care. I took pictures just in case they want to charge me. 5. My family and I were attacked by the elevator by a mentally disabled person, this isn’t the fault of the staff however maybe they could have put her in an area that wasn’t full. 6. Breakfast was included? There was no breakfast ! Nothing! 7. The vending machine took my money. There was nobody at the desk to tell. Sodas are 2.50, chips 2.10 8. We left at 8:30 and there was another customer waiting to check out. The housekeeper asked the lady what she needed. She states “I am running late, I just need to pay” he said “well nobody comes in until 9:00-9:30” . 9. Why did the customer service rep make me pay on arrival but the other lady paid at check out? I’m very confused . And yes it came out of my account instantly so I know it wasn’t on hold until check out like they do at other hotels. 10. The customer service is very unprofessional when they are there. Men just stand around the desk. Then she disappears. Use your own imagination as to what’s happening. 11. The pool was completely empty , no water. Hot tub as well. 12. The only good thing was the location. 13. The floor to my room was disgusting 14. I was in room 430, the room across from me was up at all hours of the night and morning slamming the doors. It sounded like someone was trying to break into my room. My kids were terrified. You could hear beer bottles clanking all night and morning. 15. Did I notify anyone? Well there was nobody available to notify when the problems arose. 16. The weed smell was consistent throughout the 3 day stay and the rooms are non smoking. 17. This is a nice hotel from the outside but is ran by a Mickey Mouse operation.

Negatives: I paid for a hotel with a pool. I PAID for breakfast. I received neither. They didn't charge me for canceling the second night.

Negatives: To do bookeeping, to clean every day. We pay for that

Negatives: Room was dirty, stain on the walls, not enough shampoo, cofee was really bad, no breakfast (our reservTion stated breakfast inckuded) pool not working In general poor maintenance

Negatives: the pool was drained, there was no breakfast as advertised, coffee was put away at 8:30. the first room I was given was not clean. the property is warn. there was an argument between staff in the halls. I’ve stayed here several times before, it’s been a slow steady downhill slide.

Negatives: A/C didn’t work, I was told they were booked so if the ac didn’t work only option was to check out. Later I was offered a different room that smelled so bad. Everything I own smelled like smoke. I booked this room way in advance. I only had three pillows for both beds. I had to go buy pillows because front desk didn’t have any.
