We had a dispute about mini bar charges. Called the hotel on the same day when we checked out, front desk said we had two Dr. Pepper & a Coke. We didn't drink any of those drinks in the mini fridge. I'm diabetic, I can't have sugar. So the front desk said she would email the managers and cc me. Well it’s been 3 days, and I haven't heard anything back from them. Tried to call them on Tuesday, but didn't pick up the phone call.

Hotel Havana should rethink its “pet policy”. We had someone on the floor above us with a dog that barked a lot during the night. Slept very poorly.
