We went with my 90 ye old mother and they gave us rooms on different floors. It was a little pricey for a stay on a Tuesday and Wednesday.

Breakfast was awesome. Several options, everything was freshly made. The location was very convenient. Just a 15 minute drive from Downtown. There is construction on I-35, so expect some traffic.
Negatives:
You get what you pay. It's not the best hotel ever, but it's not bad if you go on a budget and want a decent bed and breakfast without the tons of fees you would get in a different kind of accommodation.
