Positives: Location convenient for going to 6 Flags. Pretty quiet. Close to nature trail. Clean sheets.
Negatives: Dried booger and moldy bodily fluids on the bathroom walls. Dusty towel rack and cubbies.

Positives: It’s a great location if you are going shopping at la cantera or going to fiesta Texas it’s super close.
Negatives: The door to the bathroom was banged up, there was only a mini bar of soap no shampoo or conditioner much less lotion. But I carry with all my toiletries usually so it wasn’t a problem.

Positives: The room itself was very clean- the beds were comfortable- and the parking lot was well lit.
Negatives: Sam- a staff member and I had several disagreements. I travel with a disabled child- and on Saturday when I returned to my room there was a car parked in the yellow stripes between the handicap spots blocking one of the ramps. I go to the desk to ask about this car and Sam explains that they ALLOW this car to park there because the woman is elderly. Her age does not trip ADA guidelines - I booked a handicap accessible room and theres a car blocking where I need to roll my daughters wagon. He tells me she is NOT blocking the ramp and proceeds to come outside with me to see the car- when he sees she is in fact blocking the ramp he begins RAISING HIS VOICE in front of my room at 1 in the morning with my children asleep in the room. My husband steps out and lets him know this is inappropriate- he then calms down and continues explaining that they PAINTED THESE LINES for her to park in- .i tell him I will speak with someone else regarding the issue tomorrow- and to kindly step away from my room. This is after FRIDAY when I checked in- he charged my card and then told me to bring cash for room instead and hed refund me- so when I get back to my room Saturday afternoon- its locked and I cant get in at all because Julia the other staff member who was AMAZING- was told we didnt pay or needed to pay again or something. Along those lines so she deactivated my key.. upon showing that I did in fact already pay- and having my ex husband pay for the second night while we stood there she fixed the key situation.
