Nothing at all from the jump. Had to switch rooms rude staff

Bed bug on pillow,door had huge gap people could see inside my room,TV didn't work so no TV the entire time I was there,floor was filthy, bathroom dirty... 3rd shift BIT** rude and very disrespectful didn't even care about the issues in the room... Not to mention the manager very rude,I unapologetically,Tried to give me a room that was worse then the room I was already in!!! Did not say sorry, did not offer to compensate my stay only plain down disrespectful and rude..

NASTY,FILTHY, DISRESPECT HOTEL STAFF

When we arrived everything seemed good, tv remote wasnt working, one of the pillow covers was dirty requested a new pillow cover no problem, top lock was broken, went out to river walk and out to eat when came back to hotel at night time, the roaches started coming out. Went to the attendant on site requested a refund since room had multiple roaches, crawling on the wall!!!! and was told she needed to talk to manager got offered an upstairs room, Asked attendant if all rooms had roaches was told no, went upstairs to check it out and sure and a dead roach was also in that room went back downstairs told her the issue and she said there was nothing she could do and she was going to let management know we went back to the room packed up and left! I will not be staying in a roach invested hotel risking one crawling in my mouth when sleeping or taking one home with me and infecting my house to then spend $100s of dollars to get rid of the roaches!!!!

second day I asked if they would honor bookings price or have CDL discount and guy said no . If they dont honor what they have listed on booking.com they should not be advertised on booking.com .
Thats false advertising and deceptive Bussines practices .

Quiet place to rest and relax

The overnight staff was friendly and helpful. They were kind, considerate, and helpful, explaining the entire check in/check out process. The bed was also comfortable.
Negatives:
I spent an hour cleaning the room myself (Im glad I travel with cleaning supplies). The room was very run down. The side tables were chewed up, and covered in dust and hair. The bathroom was so filthy, which was the most uncomfortable part. The mirror was covered in splatter. The counter looked as if it hadnt been touched. The tub and toilet were almost unusable, and I spent an good amount of time sanitizing them.
