Positives: Easy to get to and get back out from. Staff generally friendly

Negatives: A lot of homeless around hotel. Had to walk under dark underpass with people begging, smoking weed, and sleeping on street to get to Riverwalk and downtown area. Had to pay for parking even though part of hotel property. No breakfast or room service. Elevators not working one day. No restaurants adjacent. No refrigerator or microwave in room. TV had issues.

Positives: The staff was very nice and friendly. They offer up some information as the room lacked what most hotel rooms provide.

Negatives: TV did not work. Could not watch any of the channels. Challenging for my son. Fire Dept had to be called out for whatever reason and we were out of the building for about an hour or so. The rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave which was an inconvenience as we could properly store anything or reheat our food. Seafood is sensitive. parking for visitors was not available and the garage was very tight.
