The staff here is completely courteous we have been staying for over a week now as we're waiting for our new home to be ready rooms are always clean even with their innovations and repairs they're having to make unfortunately even their workers some that are daily temporary workers or neighbors are very helpful we can see my wife and I that for some of the guests that are making this establishment more of a residence for different reasons such as ours waiting for a home to be built and not want to be stuck in another lease the residents and the employees all get along well as if a family

The only thing I could say I dislike about the policeyis the checkout being at 11:00 versus some properties that are at 12:00

Place is under construction inside and out. Room had a roach but otherwise clean and comfortable. The hallways were not clean and parts off the ceiling were falling off but the staff were nice.

The plentiful drug dealers hanging around the place. This is where you stay if you want drugs and a hooker.
Negatives:
They scammed me out of money. Not only did I pay booking.com, but also paid red roof in for a room with a cooktop(my reserved room didn’t have a cooktop even though I specifically requested one online), under the condition they would cancel the booking.com reservation, and I would get fully refunded. Booking.com still has not refunded me anything. So I basically paid twice for a place infested with roaches, meth heads hanging outside their hotel rooms, junkies & prostitutes in the lobby, and no housekeeping came by our room the three nights we stayed there for our family SeaWorld vacation. There was a big event in town, and getting an affordable vacant room somewhere else would have been near to impossible, that’s the only reason we stayed. I also thought I was only paying once.

Please, please please don’t stay...
Positives:
The whole building smelled like cannabis, from right when you walked in to our room. They did not have enough pillows to supply us with 2 pillows each, We only had 2 for a double Queen bed room. The room had a lot of marking, paint all over. Did not have enough outlets for all the appliances that came in the room to be plugged in at once. The restroom had little baby roaches and they did not fully clean the restroom. There was hand towels left hanging on the shower rod.
Negatives:
The room, the smell of the whole place and it was not clean. And on the website it said breakfast included and all they had was coffee. Very disappointed.
