The bathrooms doors don’t shut and no locks on them. Cleaning people never came. Had to ask several times for towels the blinds fell on my head

From the minute we walked in the weekend staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, they were more interested in their phones than us. The room had a musty smell and a damp wet carpet smell which became evident later when we realised the air conditioner under the window complete with compressor was in the bedroom!! This made it unbelievably noisy and wets the carpet. We were unable to have it going at night as it was too loud. The pool was closed with a sign on reception that it was closed for the weekend. This was clearly a lie and going on other reviews it’s been closed for some time, it’s green!! It’s rude to charge for a room with a pool when it’s not available.
Staff were unhelpful when asked at breakfast for more milk, only to be told there was none!
Finally housekeeping changed towels, emptied bins but then didn’t make the bed.
I wouldn’t stay here again and would stay elsewhere.
