The staff were nice. The hotel is cute especially the lobby!
Negatives:
When I arrived I was notified that because I booked through a third party that the room I booked wasn’t guaranteed, and they tried to tell me that there weren’t any king rooms available even though that is what I booked (they found one). They also said that because we booked through a third party we could not get our points and they couldn’t apply our military rate (not their fault, just noting that so you know these facts before you book)
When we got into the room we noticed that the sheets were never taken off of the pull out sofa bed. They only had one towel in the room, so i immediately had to get more towels and clean sheets for the pull out bed.
Room cleanliness- I really wish hotels would go back to every day room refreshes, but they do every other day. So I had to go tell the staff that my room was missed. And each day I had to go and fetch clean towels.
Comfort- the king bed was extremely firm and hard. And the air conditioning was very loud. But, the couch in the room was cute, and the shower was clean and had nice water pressure.
Location- it is located off of the highway and a little tucked away so traffic isn’t bad. The mall is up the street and there is a lot of good restaurants around. Access to the high way is very smooth.
