The room was dirty and the tub faucet did not work correctly half the water came out of the spout no matter what you did.
The bath floor was the nastiest we have ever seen and the tub had mold around all the caulking.

Over price for a rat...
Positives:
The room was spacious, bed/pillows comfortable, breakfast was great; water got hot quickly. The evening manager was cordial and helpful when we needed some assistance with a room key and the noisy neighbors next door and across the hall.
Negatives:
The building is starting to show its age and wear/tear. The "extra caulking" around the tub faucet is a sloppy cosmetic repair. The side door has a card reader that didn't work as the door was constantly unlocked. The neighbors in the room next door and their friends across the hall were loud and noisy, especially since we had a baby trying to sleep.
