I didn't like the night lady Anna. She got rude .
My 1st night I was put in a room that had a TV but no channels. When asked for another TV or it to be fixed, I was told that I had to wait. Due to a clogged toilet in a refrigerator not working. When the maintenance man did come he said that it was something wrong and that he would be back but never showed back. When I went in the next morning to make a complaints I was told that it was going to get fixed but instead I was moved to another room I let them know about their night lady and they said they would take care of it. They also told me that her behavior was unacceptable but then turned around and told her that she did the right thing. The right thing would have been her moving me to another room to where I didn't have to wait till next day. Another thing that I did not like is when I was moved to another room I went two nights without hot water due to washers being ran.

I liked the set up of the room but not what we delt with in the room.
Negatives:
No respect for the disability by a staff member. I totally did not like the roaches. No real housekeeping, you had to ask for everything. More to it but that's all for now...
