Positives:
I'm sorry to say this but breakfast was always cold. They had a flame under the eggs and sausage but they were cold for 5 days that we stayed there. There is also no microwave in the food area. The eggs and sausage could have been heated. There were never any bisquits to go with it. For the amount of money paid we should have had a hot breakfast. Petty probably.

Positives:
Breakfast was fresh and had a good assortment. Eggs were great and not the usual gross hotel eggs! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were big.
Negatives:
Paying for parking was frustrating and seemed like an unnecessary expense since there were plenty of spaces and we were not even close to the city.

Positives:
Very Comfortable. Clean and ten minuets to the Cynthia Wood pavilion with Benihana literally across the street.
Negatives:
My only complaint and I think it could be my fault because I didn’t tell them when booking was, late checkout. i couldn’t do late checkout because my room was booked for another person that day. which I understand, and will make sure to tell them next time. I like late checkouts so I don’t feel rushed to get out especially the next morning after a concert.

Negatives:
I was told parking was a total of $10. Not $10 DAILY. I was NOT expecting that on my bill. That is not something you should tell your guests if that is not true. Plus there was PLENTY of parking. If I would have know it was $10/day, I would not have stayed. :(

Positives:
This hotel is in a really good location if you're going to a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in the Woodlands (like we were) - it is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the concert venue. It is also conveniently located for shopping, with lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity. We did not experience any of the extra amenities at this hotel such as breakfast, the pool, or the gym, but we were very happy with our room. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I must not have paid close attention to the room type I booked but we were very pleasantly surprised to find our own mini apartment with the living room/kitchen in a separate room from the bedroom. We were on the second floor and looked out onto a little fire pit area. We didn't get a chance to hang out down there but it looked really cute. I would stay here again for sure.
Negatives:
I felt the rooms were quite dark and could use more light - particularly in the kitchen/living room. There was only one dim overhead light in the kitchen and otherwise, the entire space was lit by lamps. It would drive me nuts if I were staying for multiple nights and was trying to work. I was also surprised that parking was $10 per night, as I typically associate parking fees with secure parking facilities rather than free-entry parking lots for hotels in the suburbs. Lastly, the elevator was excessively slow. It was easier and quicker to carry our suitcases down the stairs than to wait for the elevator.
