Positives: Breakfast was acceptable. Room was very nice with kitchen add on. Gigi was very helpful in relaying information to me as I have never stayed at one of your facilities before this week. Overall, this facility is very nice. In addition, Gigi and the support staff is quite wonderful and gave me every item I needed to feel at home.

Negatives: I understand you have a freezer and full refrigerator, but ice machine would be helpful occasionally for families who are visiting and an in house gym would be a super addition. Plus, I think you need to advertise this facility on social media as it is excellent to stay at for extended periods of time. I hope to see you next year for the WACO charity invitational disc golf championship.

Positives: The staff was very nice and helpful with our situation.

Negatives: First our room had the smell of a shunk, someone was smoking pot around us and it was strong on Friday when we arrive and then it was on Sunday morning again. Second on sat the Ac unit froze up and since no Maintenance available my husband set to thrawing it out on sat afternoon by Sunday morning it froze again making it uncomfortable to sleep. As far as the breakfast coffee was lukewarm, water wasn't hot to make hot chocolate, there was nothing else to eat. If it was for the staff I would give this place 0 stars
