Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Monday, Apr 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Monday, Apr 15th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 4 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note carrying a weapon on hotel premises is prohibited and violators may be subject to arrest for criminal trespass under applicable law.
