Knights Inn - Franklin Ave Waco

Negatives: On entry there was a strong stale smell in the room. Also small insects flying around and we left the door open for sometime.

Negatives: On the first night, I discovered an issue with the Wi-Fi. I could get wifi at the front office but not in my room, and apparently my alarm clock needs to be connected to wifi in order to work. So after a significant amount of time attempting to connect, I went to bed without it and had two very rough mornings. On my second night, I laid in bed to relax and recover from the long day, but instead saw a roach crawling on the ceiling above my bed. I specifically picked this hotel because it was the cheapest one available on homecoming weekend that DIDN’T mention bugs in any of the reviews. Called the front desk and the maintenance guys did come pretty quickly, but it took them awhile to get it out, and I spent the rest of the night wondering if the roach’s friends would be coming to visit, too. Ick! Not a good night. Will not be going back.

Negatives: Sorry, I can't standing smell so terrible at the lobby and picked up the card for the room. You knew there's part of India. I brought spray to kill odor smell reduce in room. A/c room temp ok but smell. I don't enjoy the smell. And not enter Breakfast. I've not seen what they served breakfast.

Negatives: The sofa in the "accessible" room was a liability. Sofa blocked part of the bathroom entrance and made hanging space difficult to reach. Sofa was too low to be a comfortable seat. If opened, the sofa-bed would completely block the bathroom entrance.

Negatives: This place was a dump why is on the list??

Negatives: The highest price I’ve paid for a motel in recent years. Never had a problem before and I didn’t pay as much. This time there was a water puddle in front of the stool and I killed bugs on the ceiling plus gnats flying around. It was the only time I used my Wells Fargo credit card at a place of business on May 8th. Two days later on the 10th were 2 additional charges. Fortunately Wells Fargo declined. This happened to me before but it was a very nasty motel. I expected way better of this place. Especially since it cost $80.

Negatives: Continental breakfast did not have. The shampoo was small and no conditioner. The front desk could not speak good English. The room smelled like mold. I would not stay here again.
