Positives: The fact that I didn't have to drive far for meals and it was close to the venue that I was going to be attending. A plus is there's a Mexican food restaurant next door and you don't have to drive anywhere.

Negatives: Just a couple of minor things but nothing major. 1)There was no rug or carpet inside or outside to wipe your feet on when raining so we were tracking water across the floor and 2)the toilet paper holder was too far from the toilet.
