The evening and morning front desk staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
Location. There are 2 locations in Waco and this one is in a horrible location. Parking lot didn't feel safe or secure. Area around was in poor condition
Pool/Lounge Area. The pool furniture was ripped and in horrible condition. Lights were burned out in the pool area and everything was just run down and awful.
Noise. Not so much an issue with the hotel but during our stay there was MULTIPLE bus loads of kids staying at the hotel. The noise really showed how poorly insulated and sound protected the hotel was.
