The cleanliness of the room was excellent, the sheets and beds were clean
Negatives:
I paid for 2 queen size beds, and microwave and refrigerator, we had none of these anemities.... nobody at office never, ever once answered their phones... ran out of toilet paperand i told the ladies that were knocking on all the doors, i needed toilet paper, my husband finally walked and got some... in the night 2 different times someone had a key and tried entering our room....i will never stay there again....

Site rooms was HORRIBLE. And the staff not very helpful. I had stayed in LaQuinta in Albuquerque the night before and it was much better.

I was on the first floor. No stairs to climb ( bad knees)

I booked the mobility accessible room. Was questioned by the clerk as to why I needed a ADA room. Told her I like the bigger bathrooms and the grab bars help because my knees are bad.
Room 103 is a regular room. The room was in very poor shape. It did appear clean. But it had a musty smell. Mini air freshener disc inside A/c.
The tall upright cabinet won’t close heavy damage.

Rooms not furnished had to go down multiple times for complaints of not being sufficient that was said in the web site had to move rooms when we got there for no blankets on bed and no tawels then they moved us and the second room didn’t have a light in the bathroom the ace was open there no remote to the tv the room closet was missing half of the door the was no trash bag put in the trash can on the second day

The bathroom was okay, the bed was comfortable

The desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional. There was no remote for the TV and she took 2 hours to bring me one and I had to go to the front desk twice. Then once I got it TV still didn't work. Alot of shady people and what they called breakfast was a joke cereal no milk, old coffee no creamer and no batter for waffle maker
