The fact that there's lots of places to shop or eat near by.
Positives:
Breakfast was good. Size of guest room was great. Location was really good for our stay.
Negatives:
Ice machines did not work half our stay. Plug receptacle in bathroom did not work, even after we told the front desk it needed to be replaced. The desk chair was damaged so that it wasn't comfortable sitting in it. The ironing board was damaged so that it dipped in the middle and would not stay standing. These particular issues needed to be replaced or repaired.

They charged me $20, stating they would refund it. I did not receive the refund. My friend and I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I would recommend this hotel if they refund $20.
