Negatives: The coffee at the door is not the same quality as the coffee served at breakfast- it should be ! One thing to remember is the probably the last thing someone has when they leave the hotel is the coffee - you want to leave a good impression so make sure it is a good cup of coffee otherwise wise all the effort you made to make their stay a good one could be for naught if they get in their care and all they remember is that the coffee was lousy

Negatives: I took days off so I went to Utah for a game expo ! My 1st vacation with my boyfriend . Utah,Layton beautiful place . The hotel room was nice I inspected the room because I’m a housekeeper in Las Vegas I work at the 5 star hotel and I know how it is as a housekeeper . The room was great not perfect but there’s were stains on the carpet in front of the tv and by the computer chair . It wasn’t a big deal to me so I let it slide , I went inspect the room I checked in their corners of the Mattress pad made sure there’s wasn’t bed bugs and checked the sheets if there were cleaned . to inspect the bathroom and the toilet roll that was on display was used up all they way and they made the corner pointy to make it presentable which they could’ve put a brand new one , I looked into the toiletries amenities the shampoo conditioner and body wash were floating in the middle which was nice but there was a curly hair on the body wash . I don’t have curly hair I have straight hair !! As a housekeeper I Cleaned it up and recleaned the room checked the towels . Then on my day to checkout I woke up at 5:40 around there almost 6am my boyfriend woke up saying something had bit him so I went to the bathroom and when I come out he has the mattress up and looking around and there was this huge pee stain in the middle of the mattress and there was a dildo underneath the mattress that I was sleeping on for 3 days . Omg I am disgusted i was shocked I wanted to cry !!!! I quickly put my clothes on and went to the front desk and told the guy I believe his name is Justin , about what had happened I showed him the videos and pictures of everything in my room how it was and what I seen. I wanted a full refund asap !!
