Negatives: When I arrived the front desk agent, whose name is Jenn, refused to rent me a room.even though I had just heard her tell another guest there were only 2 rooms left. Even though I brought this to her attention she continued with her initial lie saying there were no rooms available. So I left and called the front desk and asked if they had any vacancy and Jenn, not knowing I had just left, proceeded to tell me they still had 2 rooms available. I didn't go back as I refused to give that hotel any business. However, even though they would not rent me a room the hotel still charged my card $233.32 for a room I never stayed in.
