The staff tried to fix the situation that we had. It was close to where we needed to be.
Negatives:
I was given a great room in a great location when we first arrived. As we were getting ready for bed, my daughter pulled out the sofa bed. The mattress was disgusting. It had numerous stains several were blood. There was old food on the mattress as well. The staff sent us to another room. It definitely was not as nice and it was in a noisy location. The girl that helped us did her best. She was alone and was very apologetic. There was discount of 25-30 dollars taken off but I felt like we should have been better compensated for it all. I won’t be going to back to that hotel. The mattress thing made me nervous.

comfortable and clean. I liked the bedroom being separate from the sitting area.
Negatives:
we had a very hard time with the WiFi. tv streaming was bad, kept freezing during movies. we connected to hotel WiFi but our phones ability to access internet, kept going in and out. very frustrating. we also notified the front desk and nothing happened to correct the issue.

We loved our clean bedroom with an amazing comfortable king size bed we got the king suite with the sofa so we could have alone time while our child slept on the pull out sofa which was actually quite comfortable! Our daughter had so much fun in the swimming pool as me and the wife loved the jacuzzi! It was honestly so perfect and cozy! We left smiling ear to ear!

The only downfall was the price! But you pay good money for a good hotel!

eventually talked to a manager, they said they would rebook and call us the next day to confirm.
they never called. when we finally got ahold of them again, they said they wouldn’t rebook us. No refund, nothing.
