Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

When checking in there was a mix-up on how many people, in the end they did not change the room rate. When I asked for 2 more towels one lady said I need to bring down the used towels. I had only been there about 20 minutes. I have long hair and my husband is 6'5" so we need 2 towels each. The lady that checked us in said we just got there and gave us the towels. No dishes, you had to buy them, no coffee pot, no ice machine and no tissues, Room 212 had no heat around 9pm we asked for a new room. They had us move to room 322. They did not even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. The bed was a mattress on a spring frame when i got up the next day the mattress had slid part way off.

We liked having a kitchen. Bed we good. The location was goo for us seemed like a good value overall.
Negatives:
Room 118 is right next to an exit door. People were using the door at all hours and the slamming door was disrupting to our visit. This should be the last room rented in the whole facility.

Location nearby to freeway... Not a lot but a few decent food choices.

The staff is amazing. Everyone who works there is so friendly. They allow pets but don't charge a pet deposit. They had treats for my dog. The general manager was great!! She was more than helpful and answered all of my questions. Favorite place to stay!
