The amount they actually charged to my card was about 40 dollars more than what i signed for. Thats called theft where i come from. The staff was unproffessional to the extreme. And lastly: why do they need a motion sensor in the room?

The fact that this is mostly a long term living facility for some really sketchy people that are up to no good. I may not be able to prove what's going on in that building, but I know what's going on in that building. The pictures on the website look nothing like the rooms. The rooms are disgusting, grimy dirty, the walls haven't been wiped off for years, holes drilled in the walls for hanging hooks etc. Just a really nasty disgusting facility that no one cares to pay attention to detail and clean the rooms the proper way a room should be cleaned.

during my stay some days the water was dark brown when I would turn it on and it would take like 3-4 minutes until it was clear again I was scared to use the water ☹️. Also there where a lot of baby roaches all over my room and the restroom

Parking for big trucks in front. Looks like a lot different individuals from all walks of life travel through here.
Once I got up to the room the toilet seat was dirty. I couldn’t trust that the room had been cleaned. I grabbed cleaning wipes from car to wipe down all touch points.

the front desk lady was very nice about switching our room to a room with 2 beds instead of one.

the room was very dirty- toenails under the bed, handprints on the wall, rubble on the bed frame, cigarette burns on the counter, dirty drips on the wall, room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free room, floor wasn’t swept at all, holes in the wall, stains on the mattress and dog hair on the mattress pad
