I paid for a room with a spa tub, however the TV didn't work, so got moved, to a room with no spa tub, and uncomfortable queen beds. No refund no compensation !!!!
The last time I used this hotel we had the same problem, but was given a comparable room.
I WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHAIN TO ANYONE !!!.
REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I USE A ROOM 3-4 X A MONTH

They had a flood happen that affected the 2nd and 1st floor at 2:30 am. Alarms went off, had to evacuate for 2 hours before being able to go back in to our room. We have children, it was absolutly awful.

We started out with three bath towels, then one day, we only had two. So we had to ask for another towel. The maid made the bed right over the remote. It was covered up!
