My room was awful. It smelled like Marijuana and had a big wet brown stain in between the two beds and missing one of the 2 remotes for the T.V and the lock for the window was broken. And of course they were full so we could not get a different room. I'm very disappointed. Oh and my key card only worked half the time

I was taken aback at being charged for my two very small dogs. I had searched carefully for lodging that did not tack on an extra pet fee and the website for Best Western gave absolutely no indication that there was such a fee. I assumed the $100 damage deposit would cover any expenses that might occur, but was informed on arrival that this was not the case.
