The fan in the bathroom was too loud. The light above the sink only after pushing the switch, the fitted sheet was coming off the bed. The bathtub was wet when we checked in…we didn’t know if that was because they just cleaned it or never cleaned it.

The location was convenient for getting to and from the Delta Center. The breakfast options were good.

The elevator stopped working right away, and the sauna didn't seem to turn on. When getting breakfast, they had very loud construction work happening on the front entry that was really loud.

Positives:
The check in stuff was great! He was friendly and offered me floor options, which is fantastic. I love windows with a view, so I chose the highest floor he offered, which was very nice. I only stayed for one night and just pass through the city, all the facilities were sufficient, and Wi-Fi was strong enough. If wasn't the incident happened afterwards, I'd have given it full stars.
Negatives:
I used my MacBook and it's charger during the night I stayed. Not until I checked in the next hotel the next day in Park City to realize I've forgotten to unplug my charger from the previous hotel. I immediately messaged Crystal inn to ask about it. Sometime later I got a reply saying no one had reported seeing the charger, and asked where I plugged it in the room. I replied, then looked for and bought a replacement charger in Best Buy Park City.
Two days later, I got a second message from the hotel:
"Unfortunately, we haven't found any Mac Book chargers from your room or during the time that you stayed."
They haven't found the charger even during the time I stayed? How would you interpret that??? I traveled around a lot. This wasn't the first time I've left a charger in a hotel room unretrieved, but it's the first time a customer service give such an absurd reply. This is wrong!
