The room was spacious, and the staff was kind enough to change our room after we expressed concern about the cleanliness of the patio area.
Negatives:
The hotel was across the street from a run down building that was serving as a sleeping lot for homeless population. The hotel was one block in almost all directions from a homeless camps.
By booking through this website, I also feel we got a lower quality room. It was described as a “limited view” room which meant staring at a brick wall and trash on the patio and roof.

Your sprinkler system was wasting water thru the day and evening unnecessarily flooding the parking lot and road system
Your philosophy about saving water - we did not use room service or request new towels etc - is in contradiction to the overall property management of resources
I would suggest that you adress this glaring discrepancy

It’s next to downtown. It’s a very large hotel. Even though it’s older, it has been well maintained. Front desk staff was kind, quick with check in and efficient.
Negatives:
Floors are a little creaky, but tolerable. There was a bit of an issue with my order from the restaurant but was quickly taken care of.
