Front desk reception was kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location was great.

-I paid for the spa room to have a nice relaxing evening after a very long exhausting day it ended up being work
-wall shampoos were broken and on the ground.
-Dirty wash cloth in the shower
-I had to clean the tub before I could use it

Whole hotel is Old and moldy smelling. Not well maintained. Ceiling tiles falling off in the hallways. First room we tried had a broken bed frame. Second room had a moldy and old cigarette smell.

Location was bad, surrounded by swamp and smelly. The hotel was dated about 40 years behind and patched up poorly. It was expensive and the pictures in the booking did not match what the hotel actually looked like.
