the chandelier needs lights that work; or even better- that light needs to be replaced with a light that no one will hit their head on!
The outlet by my bed wasn’t working, so my phone died instead of being charged. this caused us to sleep through an important meeting that we were in town for. granted I should’ve checked before going to sleep, I was just too tired.
the toilet only flushed if you sat there and held the knob for a few moments.
we paid for the spa room, but we didn’t even get it half filled before all the hot water was gone. this happened both in the morning and at night. this made me not want to stay here again.

A very good value. Breakfast was great, real scrambled eggs - not the powdered stuff. Very nice lobby with a large fireplace. Nice pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, etc.
Negatives:
The check-in process is very slow. Breakfast was not opened until 7:05 AM instead of 7 AM which pressed us for time. Oddly, the breakfast hours are only from 7-9:30 AM. We had to get on the road by 7:30 AM. The room had a very noisy refrigerator. I had to unplug it to be able to fall asleep. Would be great if this property offered recycling. I like to give my business to hotels that are conscientious about the planet.

The pool and hot tub were my favorite part of our stay. I loved the heated pool and how you're able to swim in and outside! The hot tub was huge and the jets worked well. I also liked the purified water machine!
