Positives:
This hotel had a lot of great activities such as miniature golf, pickleball, basketball court, and an indoor/outdoor pool as well as a pool table inside. The kids loved the pool!. For breakfast you get tickets and there were hot options like sausage and eggs as well as cereal and waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had a broken fridge. Location was pretty central.
Negatives:
Our room was not at all as pictured. This was day 8 for us on a road trip and this room was by far the smallest we encountered. The price was a little high for the size of room we got. The bathroom door was hard to open because it would hit the toilet every time. And our fridge did not work and stunk. They replaced it the next day with another, though that one had all the door rails broken and wasn't great either, but it ran!

Very friendly staff, great family amenities (pool, mini golf, pickle ball courts). Easy to find and a great value.
Negatives:
The mini fridge in my room was broken , the door wouldn’t close and was making sounds all night. Sheets were a little rough.

Absolutely loved it and would...
Positives:
I liked the location but everything else needs to be updated. Pool water was Grey and so many random dirty things were floating in it. The seal to hold the seat down was broken and exposed the green fungus looking things all over it. The pillows and bed are not comfortable but they did give us extra towels all the time requested. Staff is friendly, get another waffle maker so for breakfast people don't have to wait so long. Maybe even add a bagel bar so that people can take it to go in case we don't eat breakfast.

Positives:
Overall, the hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like the maintenance could be better however because I noticed several light bulbs burnt out in the main lobby chandelier which just makes the place appear dingey.
Negatives:
Having breakfast available is always nice however, the staff cooks the same exact thing every day so when staying for more than a day or two, it gets old fast. I love that the pool is half indoor and outdoor however, the pool is VERY cold (tho they say it’s heated) and the jets on the hot tub were broken for our long stay which kinda sucked.

Positives:
Breakfast was awesome! Biscuits and gravy was delicious. Affordable room, outdated but clean and comfy. Double sink vanity was nice as well although old. Didn't get to use the pool or anything else they offered as we were in late and left early. Near interstate, food and fuel.
Negatives:
The 100 dollar deposit they held still has not been released after 30 days!!! I've called numerous times and asked for a emailed receipt that I've never received. And also did not have a TV remote in our room.

Negatives:
Sofa beds and extra bed mattress’s were AWFUL and very very uncomfortable. Waffles at breakfast could be handled more efficiently to move the line along better and not create such a big mess for the staff. If a staff member were helping the kids in line pour the batter and there were another waffle maker the line could move quicker. It’s slower than a ride line at Disneyland. Construction remnants and trash left out all week at breakfast area.

Negatives:
Breakfast was minimal, HUGE line to get breakfast. Healthy options like more fruit, eggs had shells in them.
The property was run down in general. Door handles to main building were broken, but then fixed with mismatched handles! Tape put over the bathroom mirror trim. Bathrooms so small I almost had to stand in the shower to shut the door. AC didn't work well. Fridge was hard to open because door was scraping on the carpet. Everything functioned, but came up short of comfort. Seemed like a decaying version of something that was once pretty awsome.
